The short version
JakeScalesAI ("we", "us") is operated by ForgeIT Solutions LLC. We collect the details you type into this site, we use them to send you what you asked for and to follow up about Learn With Me, and we do not sell them. You can have everything we hold about you deleted by emailing [email protected].
What we collect
When you request a free package
- Your first name and email address.
- Your Instagram or social handle, if you choose to give it. This one is optional.
- Your answers to the five questions, which decide which package you are sent.
- The page you submitted from, the site that referred you, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived on.
When you book a call
- Your name, email address and time zone.
- Anything you write in the notes field.
- Your mobile number, if you choose to give it, and whether you ticked the box to get texts about the call. Both are optional.
- The time you selected, so the meeting can be created.
When you open a delivery page
Each package is sent as a personal link. We record when that link is first opened, so we know whether what we sent arrived and was useful. The link expires one week after it is sent.
What we do not collect
- No advertising or tracking cookies, and no third party analytics script. That is why this site has no cookie banner.
- No payment card details. Payments, where they happen, are handled by a payment provider and we never see the card.
- No sensitive personal information, and nothing beyond the fields listed above.
Why we use it
- To send what you asked for. Your answers choose the package; your email is where it goes.
- To follow up. If your answers show you are looking for direct help, we may contact you about Learn With Me. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.
- To run and improve the service. Knowing which packages get requested and opened tells us which ones to make better.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for anyone else's advertising.
Text messages (SMS)
JakeScalesAI is operated by ForgeIT Solutions LLC. If you give us a mobile number when you book a call and tick the text message box, we use that number only to text you about that call: a confirmation, reminders before it, and replies from Jake's team to your questions about it. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop at any time, or HELP for help. Our messaging provider, Twilio, processes these messages to deliver them.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the messaging provider that delivers the texts.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of providers to run the service. They process your data on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
- Supabase hosts the database and files behind this site, including your submission and the PDF you are sent.
- Resend delivers the emails we send you.
- Cal.com handles call scheduling and availability.
- Google provides the calendar invitation and the video call link for booked meetings.
- Twilio delivers the text messages you opt in to, and nothing else.
These providers may store data outside your country, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
- Delivery links expire one week after they are sent, and stop working at that point.
- Your contact record and answers are kept while we may still be useful to you, and deleted on request.
- Emails we have sent you are kept as a record of what was sent, and deleted with the rest of your data on request.
Your choices
- Get a copy. Ask and we will send you what we hold about you.
- Correct it. Tell us what is wrong and we will fix it.
- Delete it. Ask and we will remove it. This is not conditional on anything.
- Stop hearing from us. Reply to any email and say so, or use the unsubscribe link where one is present. For texts, reply STOP.
Depending on where you live you may have further rights, including under the GDPR or the CCPA. We apply the choices above to everyone regardless of location, because it is simpler and fairer than checking your address first.

Children
This site is meant for adults building a business and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us their details, email us and we will delete them.
Security
Your data sits in access controlled systems, in transit over HTTPS, with the personal delivery pages reachable only through a private link that expires. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if something happens that affects you.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change materially affects how we use what you have already given us, we will email you rather than quietly edit the page.
