Who you are dealing with
This site is JakeScalesAI, operated by ForgeIT Solutions LLC ("we", "us"). By using this site, requesting a free package, or booking a call, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
You need to be at least 18, or old enough to enter a contract where you live, to book or buy anything here.
The free packages
The packages are free, and they are educational material. You answer five questions, we send the one that fits where you are, and the personal page it arrives on stays open for one week before it comes down. You are encouraged to download a copy, and the copy is yours to keep and to use in your own business.
What you may not do is republish them, resell them, or present them as your own material. You are welcome to send someone the toolkit page and let them get their own.
Learn With Me
Learn With Me is one on one help applying this to your own business. It is a one month engagement, paid once and up front. It is not a subscription and it does not renew. The number of places is limited, which is why the site says how many are open.
Price and exactly what is included are agreed with you before anything starts, in writing. Nothing on this site is an offer of a particular price; the terms of your engagement are whatever we agree together.
Rescheduling and refunds
There is nothing to cancel, because nothing recurs. The engagement is designed to run inside one month and that pace is deliberate, but you can spread it out further if you need to. Doing so may mean resubscribing to third party tools for the extra months, paid to those companies rather than to us. Your up front commitment is not rebilled.
Learn With Me itself is not refundable, because time, attention and knowledge are delivered as they are given and cannot be returned. The two exceptions are billing mistakes and an engagement we end before it has been delivered, in which case the undelivered part is refunded. This is set out in full in the Refund Policy, and nothing in it removes rights you have under the law where you live.
Calls
If you need to move a call, tell us as early as you can and we will move it. Missed calls without notice come out of that month's time.
Text messages
JakeScalesAI's texts are sent by ForgeIT Solutions LLC. You get them only if you give a mobile number and tick the text message box when you book a call. We text you about that call: a confirmation, reminders before it, and replies from Jake's team to your questions about it. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel; you will get one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to resume. Reply HELP, or email [email protected], for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Opting in is not a condition of booking or of any purchase. See the Privacy Policy.
What we do not promise
This material is business education. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice, and we are not licensed to give any of that. Decisions you make about your business remain yours, and for anything with legal or financial consequences you should talk to a professional who is licensed to advise you.
The site and the packages are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise the site will always be available or free of errors.
Third party tools
Both the packages and Learn With Me point you at tools made by other companies. Those recommendations are our honest opinion and we do not control those products, their pricing, their availability, or what they do with the data you give them. Their terms are between you and them.
Your account and conduct
Give us accurate details, and do not use the site to break the law, to abuse anyone, or to interfere with how it works for other people. Personal delivery links are yours; do not share them publicly, since they carry your name.
Our material
The site, the packages, and everything in them belong to us and are protected by copyright. Using them yourself is the whole point. Copying them for distribution is not.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of this site or its materials. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Privacy
What we collect and how we handle it is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still stands.
