Learn With Me is not refundable
Straight answer first, so you can decide before you pay: Learn With Me is not refundable.
Here is the honest reason. What you are buying is time, attention and knowledge, and all three are delivered the moment they are given. Once we have had the calls, once you have the strategy, once you know the thing you did not know last week, none of it can be handed back.
So please buy this the way you would buy a course, a coach or a gym membership, not the way you would buy a product with a guarantee attached. If you are not ready to put the hours in, do not buy it yet. The free packages are genuinely free, and they are the right place to start.
What you can do instead
Reschedule whenever you want
Learn With Me is a one month engagement, paid once, up front. It is not a subscription, so there is no recurring charge to cancel and nothing renews on you.
It is built to be run inside that month, and that pace is the point: the work compounds when the steps land close together. If life means you need to spread it out further, you can, and you only need to tell me. It goes against how the curriculum is designed and I will say so, but it is your call.
The one practical cost of stretching it out: the tools we set you up with are billed by the companies that make them, so a longer timeline can mean resubscribing to those for the extra months. That money goes to them, not to me. Your up front commitment is never rebilled.
Ask before you commit
If you are unsure whether Learn With Me fits your situation, book the free call and ask. It costs nothing and I would rather tell you it is not the right time than take money for something you are not going to use.
The two exceptions
There are exactly two, and both exist because they would be unfair otherwise.
- Billing mistakes. A double charge, a wrong amount, or a charge after you cancelled gets refunded in full. Email us and it is fixed.
- If I end it. If I end an engagement partway through, before the month has been delivered, the part you paid for and did not receive is refunded to you.
Nothing on this page removes rights you have under the law where you live.
The free packages
The packages cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Your personal page comes down after a week, and you are encouraged to download a copy while it is open so the material stays yours for good.
Questions
Email [email protected]. A person reads it, and anything owed to you under the two exceptions above is sent back the way you paid.
Third party tools
The tools recommended in the packages and in Learn With Me are made by other companies and are paid for separately, directly to them. We cannot refund anything you spend with them; their own policies apply.
